INDICATIVE TESTING 

 Providing a individual sampling and test results  for every room/ area in the property. (room/area is calculated at 10m2) 

$139 per room/area for the 1st 3 rooms/area's then $119 for every room/area thereafter.

POST DECONTAMINATION TESTING

POST DECONTAMINATION TESTING

Once property has been decontaminated you will have to re test to ensure the levels have dropped below the current NZ standards 8510

$139 per room for the 1st 3 rooms or 3 samples then $119 for every room/area thereafter. (If a room is greater than 10m2 then more samples may be required)
